Directors are elected each year in April at the Annual General Meeting. One-third of the Board retires each year but are eligible for re-election. New nominees are always welcome.

The Association currently has two of its Directors elected to the Executive Committee of the Uppingham Neighbourhood Forum and two of its members to the Board of Uppingham First, the town’s award-winning Community Partnership.
